Brief results of the collaboration:

• The challenge was to integrate the ecommerce platform with existing diverse systems ERP, CRM and WMS using SAP Commerce for a best in class, cohesive architecture.
• Our team collaborated extensively with Obsentum in order to develop bespoke integrations with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Navision and a custom WMS as well as SAP CX, leading to exclusively tailored solutions to fulfill their workflow requirements.
• This project yielded a massive increase in conversions through a refined product discovery and search experience.
