We inherited a platform plagued by instability and a cluttered codebase and we transformed it.

We established a dedicated team to address support tickets, develop new features and optimize infrastructure costs. This included stabilizing the platform by rewriting critical code sections and optimizing core queries, leading to complete elimination of daily crashes.

We streamlined the codebase by reducing the backend size by over 120k lines. Additionally we integrated various third-party services into both the web and IOS applications.

As the business’ Product Owner, we fostered collaboration with the client’s teams, onboarding them to the platform and explaining business scenarios to maximize adoption.
